Five Winds Farm is a small family farm that we have owned for over two decades.  The bed and barn concept had been brewing in our heads for over 10 of those years, and the opportunity finally presented itself to put the concept in motion.  In November of 2020, we welcomed our first guests.

 

My husband says we are living the dream and it's so true.

Derick and I have two daughters, together with a grandson and a granddaughter.  On our farm we also have horses, dogs, cats, roosters and chickens.   

 

We love doing outside activities together, such as kayaking, tubing, whitewater rafting, and cycling.  Although Derick no longer rides horses,  I continue to ride with my friends and go on horseback riding camping trips.

The Bed and Barn has been a real labor of love! We have added new flooring, a fresh coat of paint throughout the home, new appliances, furnishings, together with all the comforts of home!
